An ‘Intake’ is land reclaimed from the moorland and brought under cultivation. at Intake moor we are inspired by the abundant potential of British food and farming while nurturing a sociably responsible food culture and a respect for nature.

We are passionate about championing local produce through a range of dynamic events that capture the essence of the seasons. We aim to unite artisan producers with consumers in a beautiful location to showcase the products at their very best.

Bakery

Our on-site micro bakery specialises in sourdough breads, pastries and patisserie. We bake everything on site so its as fresh as possible for you to enjoy.

The Bakery team attend a number of local markets and you can also find a selection of our products in some great local businesses.

The Bakery is currently operating a pre-order system for collection on Saturday mornings. You’ll find a selection of sourdough loaves, speciality breads along with pastries available on their online shop.

Farm Shop

The team are busy working behind the scenes to create our farm shop.

We will work closely with producers to select the Best of British and local produce to feature. From local market garden fruit, vegetables and flowers to rare-breed meat from neighbouring farms and much more.
